CHAMPAGNE AT THE CAMPAIGN.

This post is dedicated to the French design house, named Balenciaga. Over the last five years, Balenciaga has made a huge comeback on the fashion scene. One of the creations that has made Balenciaga’s return such a success, is the use of transitioning everyday items in to high fashion, trend worthy concepts. For example, the Balenciaga script that utilizes the white and red wavy lines, is based off of the idea around the political campaign. This just proves that a simple concept can become an entire movement. Originally introduced in 2017, the campaign collection is still going strong. While visiting a rooftop bar in Los Angeles, I decided to pair my black Balenciaga campaign t-shirt and matching cap with black and white speed runners. When I think of a campaign and winning an election, celebrating automatically comes to mind. What better way to celebrate than with Champagne? The bartender created a Champagne cocktail that incorporated Elderflower, soda water, banana liqueur, and garnished with mint and lemon. I was a little trepidatious at first, but when I tasted this drink, I immediately fell in love. This look was simple but fun. Easy, yet wearable, but still makes a statement. Treat everyday like its an Election Day and you've just won the political office. So cheers to that!
